A garbage bag garbage bin liner or refuse bag is a plastic bag designed to hold solid waste. These bags are used to line garbage bins to prevent the contents of the receptacle from being covered in solid waste matter. Garbage bags can also be used as roll-off dumpsters for hauling away yard waste on a regular basis.   Some garbage bags have side closures or zipper openings to provide easy access to the interior while others have side openings only.
